About the Youth

The youth ministry at All Shepherds Lutheran Church is moving forward with plenty of crazy, fun events throughout the year like rock climbing and rappelling, skiing, retreats, mission trips and much, much more!! Our regular Youth Group meetings include games, music, worship, Bible study and discussions relevant to YOUR life!

June Events

  • June 6—Confirmation ending session for 6th and 7th graders, 10 AM-12 noon, including pizza lunch!
  • June 6—H2H DRESS REHEARSAL, 12-1:30 PM
  • June 7—Graduation Sunday!  If you are graduating from high school or college, we invite you to come to 11:00 worship so we can celebrate with you and give you small gift!
  • June 7—Combined Youth Group, 6-8 PM
  • June 14—New Orleans Youth Gathering meeting 2-3:30 PM
  • June 14—Combined Youth Group, 6-8 PM
  • June 20—H2H Rehearsal?, 12-1:30 PM
  • June 21-26—Middle School Mission Trip to Camp Mission Adventure at Camp Otterbein in Logan, OH!
  • June 21—Combined Youth Group for youth not attending Camp Mission Adventure, 6-8 PM
  • June 28—POOL PARTY!  At Megan Lusk’s house!  2:00-5:00 PM.  Open to all youth who have completed grades 6-12!

  • May 29-30—8th grade ONLY overnight!  Come for fun, fellowship, food and more!  Please put a check next to your name on the youth bulletin board so we know to expect you!
  • May 30—Confirmation rehearsal for 8th graders 10-11:30 AM
  • May 31—Confirmation Sunday!
  • May 31—Combined Youth Group! 6-7:30 PM  (please note the time change from usual!)

  • April 25—New Orleans Youth Gathering meeting for all participants attending this summer, 1-2:30 PM at All Shepherds
  • April 26—No Youth Group (because of overnight at Vertical Adventures)
  • April 26—Safe Sanctuaries training for Youth Ministry Team, 4-5:30 PM
